Common questions

What is LightApps?

LightApps is an independent catalog of applications built on Lightchain AI. It is meant to feel like a software directory: searchable, categorized, and linked out to each project’s own site.

Is LightApps official?

No. LightApps is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Lightchain AI project. A listing is not an audit, ranking, or security guarantee. The official dApp catalogue is hub.lightchain.ai.

What are Lightchain apps?

Lightchain apps — sometimes called Lightchain dApps — are products that run on or integrate with the Lightchain AI blockchain. That includes AI workers and chat, markets, games, social tools, and infrastructure such as bridges and explorers. LightApps lists public projects so people can find them in one place.

How do I find apps built on Lightchain?

Use this page as an overview, then open all apps, new listings, a category, or apps recruiting testers. Each listing links to the product itself.

How can developers list an app?

Submit an app for review. If it is already in the catalog, claim it from the public listing after creating a Builder account (email sign-in in production). Steps live on For Developers.

How can developers recruit testers?

Approved owners can mark Alpha, Beta, or Live apps as Seeking Testers. Those listings appear on /testers with a private structured feedback form — not public star ratings.

How do app ownership claims work?

Anyone can browse a listing. Claiming asks LightApps to connect that listing to your Builder account so you can update details and tester status. The claim form is not a public search page; start from the app listing, then For Developers if you need the overview.

Building on Lightchain?

List your app, claim an existing listing, recruit testers, and add a LightApps badge or link from your site or README if you want one. That helps people find the listing; it does not guarantee search rankings.
